Francis Joseph Scully, III (Joe) is currently the President of Financial Guaranty Insurance Brokers, Inc. (FGIB), an insurance brokerage firm to the financial community. FGIB is located in Pasadena, California and was founded in 1983, specializing in insurance services for community banks and other financial institutions. Joe Scully joined the company in October 1986, and became the President in 1990.
